I love the clean & simple sketch over at Global Design Project this week... Just my style! I'm also playing along at Curtain Call Challenge.
Here's the sketch:
And the challenge:
And here's my card:
I tried "bokeh" for the first time... After my watercoloring had dried I stamped the bubbles above the whale with white.
The banner from Stampin Up Bitty Banners wasn't quite as long as I wanted so I ran it halfway through the Big Shot, moved it over and ran it halfway through from the other direction.
The easiest way I've found to do watercoloring is to put a drop of reinker on an acrylic block and then use Stampin Up aqua painters to "paint" it on watercolor cardstock.
Thanks for stopping by!
Supplies:
Stamps - Papertrey Keep Swimming and Birthday Basics
Dies - Papertrey Keep Swimming, Papertrey Linen embossing plate and Stampin Up Bitty Banners
Ink - Black Stazon and Stampin Up Craft White
Paper - Pool Party and Watercolor paper
Reinkers {for watercoloring} - Pool Party, Island Indigo, Not Quite Navy, Baja Breeze
What a clever card!!
